Gregg Rogers

Gregg Rogers is a licensed Irrigation Contractor in the great state of New Jersey. After graduating with a finance degree from the George Washington University with honors, Gregg moved back to New Jersey to join the family business. He has been working full time since 1999. He began at the bottom, working in the summers through high school and college and progressed through all the jobs at the company. Starting as a crew team member, then on to assistant foreman, foreman, service apprentice, service technician and then sales and management. He has also developed a reputation as an expert in the construction of athletic field and commercial irrigation systems. Gregg has a complete knowledge-base of all facets within Garden Irrigation. From 2021 to 2023, Gregg was the President of the Irrigation Association of New Jersey.

Sheldon Rogers

Like most great companies, Garden Irrigation was founded purely by chance. In 1966, in Brooklyn, NY, an accounting teacher was trying to make his home a little bit nicer. Outside on a nice Saturday, Shelly Rogers was installing his own lawn watering system. A neighbor wandered by, asked what he was working on, and Garden Irrigation was born. After humble beginnings in his basement in Brooklyn, he began to install and service the Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, and New Jersey areas. In the early 1970's, Shelly saw the future in New Jersey. Housing was developing at a rapid rate, so in 1974 he moved his family and the company to Marlboro. Now in a larger basement and a rented warehouse, the company began to grow. In 1985, Garden Irrigation moved to its new headquarters on Route 9 in Marlboro. In 2012 Garden Irrigation moved into its new state of the art office and warehouse on Tennent Road still in Marlboro. The company has installed more than 10,000 irrigation systems in its history. Shelly currently holds an Irrigation Contractor's license, a Well Installer's License, and is known in the industry as one of the pioneers and a subject matter expert. Shelly received the Lifetime Achievement Award for contributions to the industry in 2021.
